November 9, 2007 — Nanomix Inc., an electronic detection company commercializing high-value diagnostic and monitoring applications, has announced an exclusive licensing agreement with MysticMD Inc., a provider of proprietary nano-coatings.

MysticMD will provide Nanomix with intellectual property related to the use of nano-ink for glucose test strip technology. This builds upon earlier work between the two organizations to optimize the technology and explore partnering opportunities.
