DC Parametric Curve Tracer

August 26, 2009Robson Technologies Inc. (RTI) now offers a cost effective alternative to manually curve tracing devices with 96 pins or less. The MT Century automated DC parametric curve tracer offers 4 models that maximize on features and fit into a tight budget. The MT Century allows a user to digitally prepare the test settings, enter the pinmaps, plot the curves of a 96 pin device in a minute or less, store the trace results directly on the computer as a .bmp file, and print the final report.

Although the MT Century is compatible with RTI’s 950 series test fixture family, this system can be designed to interface with many other popular industry standard fixtures. Companies that use RTI’s 950 series test fixture with a manual curve tracer won’t need to invest in a new fixture base. The same fixture base used with a manual curve tracer and switchbox can be used with the MT Century.

The MT Century comes in 4 models varying in power and application: the 2L, 4L, 4X and 6X. The Basic Century systems can easily be upgraded to more powerful Century systems, and generous trade-in deals are available for customers that exchange the Century for a higher pin count test system.

This compact system is capable of performing unpowered curve tracing, (continuity testing, leakage
characterization) powered curve tracing, IDDQ supply current testing, latch-pp testing, and more. RTI includes on site training and product support with every purchase of an MT Century. A portion of each purchase is donated to the Gardens-of-Hope charity in Zimbabwe.
