Thin film researchers install Cambridge NanoTech PEALD

September 13, 2011 – Marketwire — 4D LABS, an institute for design, development, demonstration and delivery of advanced materials research at Simon Fraser University (SFU), will install a Cambridge NanoTech Fiji plasma-enhanced atomic layer deposition (PEALD) as part of a partnership with the ALD supplier to develop new precursor applications for real world use.
