Advanced logic maker orders MTSN photoresist strip systems

December 19, 2011 – Marketwire — Mattson Technology Inc. (NASDAQ:MTSN) received orders for multiple SUPREMA photoresist strip systems from a leading semiconductor manufacturer.

The systems will be used for advanced semiconductor gate strip and other critical ashing applications in volume logic-device production through the next-generation technology nodes.

The SUPREMA tools will ship in Q1 2012.
