Synova Licenses Laser MicroJet Technology

03/01/2007  Synova restructured its strategic business model, allowing select partners to license proprietary Laser MicroJet technology. End users, certain equipment manufacturers, and R&D institutions will gain access to the technology via licensing agreements. 03/01/2007  Endicott Interconnect Technologies (EI) entered into a manufacturing services agreement with a intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) catheter manufacturer, due to a process development and manufacturing partnership with Unovis-Solutions. In the $3.9 million contract, EI will develop and manufacture a certain quantity of flexible substrates, and assemble flip chips to the substrates, over 2 years.

03/01/2007  March 1, 2007 - Singapore Technologies Semiconductors Pte. Ltd. (STS), a subsidiary of state-owned holding firm Temasek Holdings Ltd., has filed a $1.6 billion cash offer to acquire full ownership in backend services firm Stats ChipPAC.
