The IX-250 is compact and offers 12 axis of motion, from a server stepper control system, with 250 × 200 mm travel.

Hermetic Package

08/01/2006  StratEdge released the G2420M-1 discrete hermetic package targeting broadband applications. The package features four leads grouped on one side and three more spaced one per side, suitable for single-pole, double-throw switch applications. The packages may be dropped into the board or surface mounted. The glass/ceramic walls frame a 5.21- × 6.22-mm body, with a 2.67- × 3.68-mm cavity. A glass to metal sealing process creates the package.

Wafer Spin Processor

08/01/2006  The double-side process module DV-38DS enables the simultaneous removal of front-side polymers and backside defects. This process uses DSP+ chemistries followed by a double-sided deionizing water rinse. The module joins other Da Vinci series back-end post-etch residue removal processors in SEZ's back-end-of-line suite.
