LAM Research Launches Latest Etch Tool

Fremont, Cal.—July 7, 2000—LAM Research Corp. released a new poly etch tool that the company says can perform all critical etch applications in the same chamber.

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.—July 7, 2000—Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd. will introduce a new photolithography at the Semicon West show, July 10 – 12.
