Epson Orders Primaxx Deposition Systems

ALLENTOWN, Penn.—Aug. 22, 2000—Seiko Epson Corp. has ordered a Primaxx 2F System for the development of FeRAM (Ferroelectric RAM), a non-volatile memory that does not lose its data in the event of a power shut-off, and other thin film devices. Primaxx expects to ship the system in October 2000.
