Finance — March 20, 2000 — SpeedFam-IPEC Third Quarter Results

CHANDLER, AZ—This month CMP systems supplier SpeedFam-IPEC posted third fiscal quarter revenues of $73 million, up 37 percent from $53.3 million for the same quarter last year. The company's revenues were up 31 percent from its second quarter results of $55.8 million, say company officials.
