Cypress sells NVE stake

September 9, 2003 – Sypress Semiconductor, San Jose, CA, yas sold a portion of its stake in NVE Corp., a developer of “spintronics” memory IC technology. Cypress sold off $23.4 million in the transaction, but will continue to work with NVE on nonvolatile MRAM technology based on spintronics.
