Jazz, Skyworks ink wafer supply deal

October 7, 2003 – Jazz Semiconductor, Newport Beach, CA, and Skyworks Solutions Inc., Woburn MA, have signed an agreement to co-develop SiGe and BiCMOS technologies for Skyworks’ wireless cellular systems. Under the four-year deal, Jazz will also provide wafers and CMOS/BiCMOS processes for Skyworks’ mixed-signal, RF, and DCR designs.
