Chemicals company sold

October 17, 2003 – Ebara Udylite Co. Ltd., a JV between Ebara and Enthone Inc., a Cookson Electronics company, has been sold to Japan’s EU Holdings Co. Ltd. for an undisclosed amount. Ebara Udylite manufactures specialty chemicals for metal finishing and printed wiring boards.
