Tygh Silicon achieves ISO cert

September 25, 2003 – Tygh Silicon Inc., Livermore, CA, a supplier of silicon wafers and services, has achieved ISO 9000:2000 certification. The company has also been named as a west coast rep for Nextec, a Massachusetts-based silicon polishing and reclaim firm.
