XenICs inks US distro deal

September 22, 2003 – XenICs, Leuven, Belgium, has signed Electrophysics Corp., Fairfield, NJ, to market its InGaAs infrared cameras in the US. The USB 2.0 cameras are sensitive to between 0.9-1.7 microns for use in semiconductor inspection, laser beam profiling, and thermal- and hyper-spectral imaging.
