Swagelok names new CEO

July 8, 2003 – Solon, OH – Swagelok has promoted former COO Arthur Anton as its president and CEO, effective January 1, 2004. Current CEO William Cosgrove will continue as the company’s chairman, focusing on long-term strategy and key business relationships. Anton joined Swagelock as CFO in 1998, after serving as a partner with Ernst & Young LLP.
