Patriot Scientific seeks to combine suits

January 26, 2004 – Patriot Scientific Corp., San Diego, CA, has filed a motion to consolidate its litigation against Matsushita, Sony, Fujitsu, Toshiba, and NEC into a single court. Company president and CEO Jeff Wallin claims that “every microprocessor operating at speeds above 110-120MHz” may violate the company’s patents for processing speed technology.
