Lattice: 4Q03, year-end books on hold

January 23, 2004 – Lattice Semiconductor, Hillsboro, OR, is delaying the release of its 4Q03 and FY03 financial statements in order to examine possible overstatements of deferred income. The company, which set a new deadline of late February, did not say whether any results would have to be adjusted. In 3Q03, Lattice’s deferred income stood at $6.4 million.
