Axcelis names Fellow

February 9, 2004 – Axcelis Technologies, Beverly, MA, has named Gerald Cox as its 2003 Fellow, the company’s highest technical award. Cox, who holds 17 patents for resist stripping and stabilization technologies, is director of engineering for the company’s curing and cleaning systems business.
