June 28, 2007 – Berkeley Consulting Services Inc., FIB International Inc., and Nano Measurements Inc. say they have agreed to all merge together to form a single company, Nano Integrated Solutions Inc., to offer fabless design firms an independent, vertically integrated services lab to take chips from initial design to production.

The new company, headquartered in Santa Clara, CA, will offer a range of test services including full functional test development, test consulting (design-for-test, DFM, and yield enhancement) and services, failure analysis and debug, TEM analysis, burn-in reliability qualification, to PCB layout design. It will have five labs in North America, with customers in the US, Europe, and Asia.
