SUSS, STS Launch MEMS Show

(March 23, 2007) MUNICH, Germany &#151 SUSS MicroTec and Surface Technology Systems (STS) will cohost a MEMS technology showcase, “MEMS Technology: Embracing the Future.” The show will debut in Boston on April 20, and include speakers from various aspects of the MEMS manufacturing process.
