Hesse & Knipps Names Senior Field Service Engineer

SAN JOSE, CA – Hesse & Knipps, Inc., fully-owned subsidiary of German Hesse & Knipps GmbH Semiconductor, has appointed Guill Muyot as senior field service engineer.

Muyot brings 25 years of experience in semiconductor assembly. Joseph Bubel, president, cited Muyot’s experience with bonding equipment as critical to his position. Previously, Muyoy spent seven years as senior field service engineer for Kulicke & Soffa Industries. He will be based in northern California.
