North American conductive polymer and ICP market to reach $1.6 billion by 2008

This market is expected to reach 745 million pounds valued at nearly $1.6 billion in 2008, as the market grows at an AAGR (average annual growth rate) of 9.8 percent and 15.3 percent in volume and value respectively. The total market is dominated by conductive plastics, but over the next five years, ICPs (inherently conductive polymers) will increase their market share in volume, and, more dramatically, in dollar value as shown in the following table.
