RF Micro Devices ships power amplifier modules

(December 2, 2003) Greensboro, N.C.&#8212RF Micro Devices Inc., a provider of proprietary radio frequency integrated circuits (RFICs) for wireless communications applications, announced production shipments of the RF3133 PowerStarTM power amplifier module to LG Electronics for use in the LG G4010 and LG G4050, which are LG’s first GSM/GPRS handsets targeted at the U.S. market.
