Singapore Technologies Semiconductors Pte Ltd (STSPL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek that owns ~83% of the ordinary shares (including ADSs) of STATS ChipPAC, had filed a Schedule 13D with the SEC on October 16, in which STSPL could seek to cause STATS ChipPAC to voluntarily delist from Nasdaq or the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, or both.
