Partnership Examines Design-to-test

(August 28, 2006) PORTLAND, OR &#151 Test Systems Strategies partnered with Toshiba Microelectronics Corp. and ATE Service Corp. to create design-to-test development flows. The partnership will focus on creating development flows that allow design teams to achieve full test program generation and validation before device tape-outs.
