Kwan currently serves as the Group Controller of QPL International Holdings Ltd., a Greater China-based supplier of leadframes for the semiconductor industry, and has held that position since 1999. He is also a member of QPL’s Board of Directors. Prior to joining QPL, Kwan spent 19 years providing auditing, accounting, and corporate advisory services while at PricewaterhouseCoopers and with public and private companies in Hong Kong and overseas. He has also held various financial control management positions with the China International Trust and Investment Corp. group of companies. Kwan also serves as a non-executive director of Wafer Systems Ltd., a Greater China-based provider of technologies for the network infrastructure market.
