(May 19, 2004) Chandler, Ariz.—Amkor Technology Inc. has entered into a long-term agreement with IBM for semiconductor assembly and test services. Under the terms of the supply agreement, Amkor will receive a substantial majority of IBM’s subcontract wirebond and flip chip assembly and final test.
