BTU affirms 4Q guidance

(January 14, 2004) North Billerica, Mass.&#8212BTU International, a supplier of advanced thermal processing equipment, has affirmed its fourth quarter guidance, reporting that sales and earnings will be in the range of $7.5 million to $8.0 million, with a net loss in the range of $1.4 million to $1.6 million. This compares to sales of $6.7 million and a net loss of $1.6 million in the third quarter.
