SEMI VP receives honor for contributions to ‘High Tech U’

The High Tech U programs work with industry members and education partners across the United States to produce career awareness events for students and high school teachers. To date, SEMI has produced 25 High Tech U programs for students and teachers to date in Arizona, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, Washington and Texas. Anderson created the SEMI Educational Foundation to attract financial support for the effort.

Cave, a 35-year veteran of the analog and mixed-signal semiconductor industry, spent 33 years at Motorola, most recently as vice president and director of Motorola Semiconductor Research Europe, where he directed research in China, Western Europe and the former Soviet Union.
