Effective September 1, 2005, BOET now sells and services such JPSA systems as the IX-150, an excimer laser system ideal for research institutes and universities due to its process-devlopment flexibility. JPSA already has installed three UV laser systems in China. Jeffrey P. Sercel, JPSA’s president and CEO, says, “We are pleased to enter into this agreement with BOET … BOET has been qualified to supply JPSA with certain high-quality parts, optics, and subcomponents as part of a mutually beneficial relationship, with more components currently under evaluation.”
(October 25, 2005) Cd. Juarez, Mexico — AIM has appointed Carlos Tafoya as its new Technical Applications Manager – Mexico, where he will be based out of AIM’s Cd. Juarez, Mexico-based production facility. He will be responsible for providing technical applications support to the customers of AIM’s full line of electronic solders and chemicals throughout Mexico.
