Tessera, NXP Sign Licensing Deal

(November 6, 2006) SAN JOSE, CA &#151 Tessera Technologies signed a technology licensing agreement with European NXP B.V., formerly Philips Semiconductors. Under agreement terms, the semiconductor company licensed Tessera’s packaging technology for use across its device portfolio.
