Anam Sees Growth at Korean Fab

Buchon, Korea — September 26, 2000 — Anam Semiconductor, Inc. is expanding its cleanroom facility at its Buchon semiconductor fab plant. The company recently announced the expansion, which will bolster its existing 65,000 square foot cleanroom. Anam fab is equipped with a 0.25-micron production facility. It is being upgraded to a 0.18-micron process level.
