FuGasity Opens NH Plant, Cleanroom

October 17, 2001 — AMHERST, NH — Flow control solution company FuGasity has opened a new 13,000 square foot operations facility that includes an ISO Class 5 (Class 100) cleanroom.

The facility will be used for final assembly, test, calibration and customer support of the the company’s products.

“Our new flow control and diagnostic products for the semiconductor industry require a world class facility to support our technologically sophisticated product line and service our growing customer base. The Amherst plant fulfills that requirement” said Chris Davis, president and CEO of FuGasity.

The company also has facilities in Allen, Texas and Sparks, Nevada.
