Rippey Corp.`s Chemflo II system for heating chemicals and DI water uses a radiant energy (IR) heat transfer technology that provides instantaneous heating, while eliminating any potential contact with the heat source or chemical parts. To ensure against contamination of the process environment, all wetted surfaces are Teflon or high quality quartz. Designed for maximum heat efficiency and minimum space, the Chemflo II package can be integrated on existing wet benches and is easily configured to meet customer requirements.
