Integrated dispense system

Reduced size and pulse width modulation (PWM) for controlling process gas are some of the features that Integrated Design has incorporated into its new integrated system (IDS).

The IDS 300 offers a digitally controlled PWM, 60 percent reduced controller, and 35 percent reduced dispense unit. It maintains four dispense units and the controller measures 10-in. wide by 9.5-in. deep by 12.5-in. high. The dispense unit measures 5.5-in. wide by 9.5-in. deep by 12.5-in. high.

The device also features improved software, with a reorganized menu segregating process, maintenance and set-up applications.
