Zero static valve

The new Zero Static Valve Type 319 from George Fischer eliminates dead legs in ultrapure water systems. This manually operated diaphragm valve is compatible with George Fischer`s proprietary Bead and Crevice Free (BCF) and Infrared (IR) fusion joining technologies designed for high-purity applications.

It`s constructed from virgin, unpigmented polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) in sizes 40 &#165 20 mm through 110 &#165 63 mm. Designed in a weir style, the new valves have PTFE Teflon diaphragm seals backed with EPDM. The valves are precleaned for ultrapure service and double-bagged in Nylon 6 packaging.
