Austin American Technology is offering a new “X” series Multi-Solvent Batch Cleaner compatible with alcohols, saponifiers, aqueous and semi-aqueous cleaning processes for today`s production cleaning requirements. The new AAT “X” Series Multi-Solvent Batch Cleaner removes inks, solder paste, chip bonders, thick film paste, solder masks and reflowed flux residues from substrates and tools. It will clean screens, stencils, printed circuit boards and production tools and fixtures with virtually any commercially available cleaning solvent or aqueous solution. A dual sedimentation-filtration system captures any solids. Cleaning, rinsing and drying is performed in a single chamber, eliminating the need for transfer conveyors. A single lift transports the soiled items from the load position to the cleaning chamber and returns the items to be off-loaded when the process is complete.
