Atto becomes part of BOC Gases

Murray Hill, NJ–BOC Gases has become part owner of Atto, a manufacturer of electronics gas cabinets and equipment for the semiconductor industry. Atto will begin manufacturing gas cabinets for BOC in Korea by the end of the year. Atto will supply gas cabinets in the North Pacific region. The gas cabinets, which are designed by BOC and SCI use a six-valve manifold with a patent-pending monoblock valve design.
