Polythene cleanroom packaging

Zeal Clean Supplies Ltd. is introducing polythene packaging manufactured in a Class 1,000 cleanroom. The clean packaging is produced as bags, tube reels and center-folded sheeting. All three forms of packaging can be produced from additive-free, non-leaching virgin polythene or from polythene with an antistatic additive.

The latter gives a surface resistivity of about 1.3 &#165 1010 ohms. All bags are made to customer specifications using virgin-grade granules containing no additives. Bags can be 200 mm or longer, between 150 to 610 mm wide and 70 and 250 microns thick. Side gussets can be 610 mm wide so that bags can be extended to a maximum width of 810 mm. Tube reels and center-folded sheeting can be produced at the following specifications: 165 and 610 mm wide and 70 to 250 microns thick.
