Microlab enclosure

Airo Clean is now offering the new OMicroLabO clean air enclosure, which is the first portable cleanroom of its kind to provide instant Class 100 isolation, according to the company. The MicroLab provides isolation for research, development, testing, inspection, filling and for equipment and processes that are susceptible to both microorganisms and/or damaging airborne contaminants. The MicroLab can be used for applications requiring only small areas of clean space and where overhead clearance is limited. It utilizes an inflatable fabric plenum supplied by HEPA-filtered air, pressurized, and then delivered uniformly through a unique clear, perforated ceiling. The plenum is attached to collapsible Ogull wingO ceilings that hinge down for a compact design, allowing for passage through a standard 35-in. doorway, expanding to 40 ft2 of inside space. Vinyl curtains offer easy entry/exit while serving as a barrier from the outside. Other features are under 30-min. setup expandability, low overhead clearance requirements and mobility.
