Vacuum valves

VacuComp CV is a new compact line of vacuum valves from HPS. The products are designed for UHV use, and are often used to isolate sensors from the vacuum chamber without reducing sensor accuracy and response time. Although small, the valves provide conductance between units on a vacuum system. The valves are actuated with a snap toggle and include a detent pin that locks the valve position.
