Sheet cleaning system

ElectroStatics Inc. introduces a new sheet cleaning system, the model CMF, which is designed to eliminate the need for prolonged, repetitive cleaning by removing virtually 100 percent of all con-taminants. The CMF cleans static electricity from both surfaces of a sheet or product during a single pass through the machine, and then removes the foreign particulate trapped by the static electricity. High pressure ionizing air knives on each side of the vacuum slots (both top and bottom) create an air cushion, ensuring a smooth flow through the cleaning mechanism. Eight air knives and eight static neutralizers eliminate the electrostatic polarization that holds contamination, releasing particulate for instant vacuum cleaning. The vacuum system contains its own filtration with an efficiency of 99.98 percent down to 0.6 micron. Production models come in 12-in., 18-in. and 36-in. sizes and can be modified to meet specific needs.
