Cleanroom glove
Twyman Templeton announces the development of its Ultrapoly cleanroom glove for the silicon industry. Designed to help increase yields in silicon growing, wafer fab and other areas where particles, surface contamination or metallics can cause processing problems, ambidextrous Ul trapoly gloves are made of two-ply, ultrapure PE, which the company claims is the lowest in particles (<300/CM2), extractables and ash content available. Total residual ash after incineration is less than 10 parts per million.
The gloves are packaged in an ultrapure PE inner bag that is then sealed and placed in an outer bag of ultrapure PE. Each bag is labeled with the catalog number, lot number, glove size and date of manufacture, and then placed in lots of five bags in a plastic-lined box.
