CLEAN-PAK” Ducted Modules are provided with either remote duct distribution plenums or plenums integral with the air handler. Features include CLEAN-TRAK” 2.6 Flush Grid, ionization, fluid seal, fire sprinkler piping system, return grills, and blank panels. This system provides the highest level of flexibility, both in the cleanroom and in air distribution.
