Executive team acquires Meyer Machine Company

A team of executives, led by President Gene Teeter, recently acquired the assets of Meyer Machine Company. Formerly a division of TCC Industries, the firm now operates as a division of a newly created holding company known as Meyer Industries, Inc. The company manufactures a line of conveying equipment, including vibratory conveyors and feeders, belt conveyors, bucket elevators, hoppers, box loaders and flow-switching machines. Its products are used in the food, plastic, chemical and pharmaceutical processing industries. Other subsidiaries of Meyer Industries will include Meyer Vi-Tech Ltd., the company`s UK-based operation, and TEMPCO, a manufacturer of a line of industrial frying, baking, broiling and seasoning equipment. — TGW
