The 725 wrist strap monitor protects static-sensitive devices and PC boards in manufacturing and field service environments, according to the manufacturer. A silencer feature allows the alarm to be disconnected when moving from one work area to another. The unit continuously emits a signal that is returned through a wristband and cord containing two separate conductors. The monitor alerts when a wrist strap is operating improperly. It also checks ground wire connection.
