Nitrogen gas generator

Whatman, Inc. now has available a compact source of nitrogen gas for purging or blanketing sensitive components or solutions. The Balston Nitrogen Gas Generator Module produces from 1 sccm to 150 scfh of compressed nitrogen on-board industrial equipment and analyzers at purity levels up to 99.9 percent. The generator utilizes proprietary membrane separation technology to divide compressed air into two streams: one is pure nitrogen, the other is oxygen-rich with carbon dioxide and other trace gases. The compact generators require only coalescing pre-filtration to provide a continuous, reliable source of nitrogen gas.
