Ansell acquires Golden Needles Knitting, Inc.

Ansell International, a division of Pacific Dunlop, acquired Golden Needles Knitting Inc. (GNK), a producer of knitted safety gloves for industrial and commercial markets. Ansell predicts that the glove acquisition will strengthen its product range, primarily in the high-tech, cut-resistance market. — LAK
