Matheson Electronics Products has supplemented its existing Class 1 space with the addition of a 2,800-square-foot, Class 100,000 cleanroom. The company plans to house final assembly, testing and inspection activities inside the new area, as well as assemble and test Semi-Gas equipment. — WaferNews (V.5.48).
