EPIC quadruple mass spectrometer systems provide measurement and control for appli cations ranging from detailed studies of neutrals and ions to molecular beam and conventional high-sensitivity partial pressure measurements. All systems feature a triple-stage mass filter, pulse ion counting detector and Windows-based control. Dynamic Multiscan (DMM) Mode permits measurement of ion energy and appearance potentials and is applied to the electron attachment ionization technique for electronegative gas studies.
